Peter has wide range of experience as legal counsel and business consultant. Prior to private sector practice, he served as General Law attorney for the United States Government, including litigation and Federal law experience in tort, contracts, employment and labor law, administrative and fiscal law, FOIA/Privacy Act, and inter-agency and bi-lateral foreign negotiations. 

In the private sector, he has advised and undertaken legal actions on behalf of multinational corporations, small businesses, and non-profit organizations in sales negotiation, business contracts, employment law, incorporation, and commercial disputes. Peter has successfully represented businesses in defense against allegations of section 337 claims, patent infringement, and federal broadcasting laws. Lastly, he has also successfully prepared small businesses in filing and winning demands in small claims court.

In the business consulting sector, Peter has served as counsel and Director of Operations for a domestic start-up company with productions and sales across Asia and North America. He has also advised international businesses including Maresk and British Telecom on improvement of operations efficiency and sales as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 

Peter received an award on global business strategy from National Taiwan University where he delivered a speech on the subject.
